Tahweel Integrated Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Management professional to lead reliability initiatives across the plant, maximize equipment availability and drive operational excellence.
You will develop preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, supervise engineers and technicians, manage budgets and spares, and advance TPM, RCA and safety compliance to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime. Lead the maintenance team to achieve plant reliability and operational excellence. Plan and supervise maintenance schedules for production lines and utility equipment. Monitor maintenance KPIs such as equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
Oversee maintenance of cast stretch film extrusion lines and related production equipment. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation issues. Coordinate major equipment overhauls, shutdowns and installation projects. Ensure spare parts availability and optimize inventory levels.
Implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures. Lead reliability improvement initiatives and support Lean Manufacturing and TPM programs. Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Lead, mentor and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs. Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE policies and regulations. Enforce safe work practices, permit-to-work procedures and lockout tagout (LOTO) requirements. Ensure compliance with company standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget. Control maintenance expenses while maintaining equipment reliability. Manage maintenance contracts and coordinate with OEMs and external service providers.
