Job summary

National Care Company (NCC) seeks an experienced Maintenance Planning and Scheduling lead for the factory. You will plan weekly routines, coordinate shutdowns with Operations, and ensure precise work orders with spare parts and labour estimates.

You will optimize PM routines in the CMMS, manage stores and inventory, monitor budgets, and drive cost reductions. This role requires 10+ years in industrial maintenance planning and strong English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling in industrial manufacturing.
• Advanced hands-on experience using Oracle EAM / ERP as CMMS.
• Proven budget creation, spare parts inventory control, and storekeeper supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly planning routines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate shutdowns with Operations.
• Scope work orders with detailed instructions, required spare parts, and labor estimates.
• Create and optimize preventive maintenance routines in the CMMS.
• Supervise and direct 1–3 Storekeepers in the technical store.
• Coordinate BOM creation and spare parts ABC classification.
• Conduct inventory analysis and optimize min/max safety stock levels.
• Generate inventory variance, consumption, and turnover reports.
• Build, implement, and track the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitor maintenance costs and analyze variances.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate repair vs. replace.
• Manage and archive maintenance documentation, manuals, drawings, and logs.
• Audit CMMS data entry quality for data integrity.
• Ensure readiness for safety, quality audits.
• Act as CMMS Superuser maintaining asset hierarchy and PM master data.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly maintenance KPIs and loss analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce unplanned stoppages.
