Job summary

National Care Company (NCC) seeks a seasoned Maintenance Planning and Scheduling leader to optimize reliability, reduce unplanned stoppages, and drive continuous improvements across a high-output manufacturing environment.

You will own the CMMS (Oracle EAM) setup, budgets, stores supervision, and KPI reporting, coordinating shutdowns and audits to ensure safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Advanced hands-on expertise using Oracle EAM / ERP as the primary CMMS tool.
• Proven track record in budget creation, spare parts inventory control, and storekeeper supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the factory maintenance planning and scheduling process to minimize unplanned stops.
• Build and monitor the department budget and manage spare parts inventory strategy.
• Direct technical stores and ensure document control and audit compliance.
• Execute weekly planning routines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate shutdowns with Operations.
• Create and optimize PM routines in the CMMS to improve system quality.
• Supervise 1–3 Storekeepers and manage BOM creation and spare parts classification.
• Generate maintenance KPIs, backlog trends, and technical loss analyses; drive cost-saving projects.
• Ensure readiness for safety, quality, and technical operational audits.
