Job summary

DELMON Products Ltd. is seeking a maintenance supervisor to optimize uptime across process lines and ensure optimal utilities scheduling. You will lead repair and preventive maintenance activities, align with OEE standards, and drive safety and efficiency across the plant.

Responsibilities include implementing PPM programs, coordinating with the Factory Head, and developing vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions. Five years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of appropriate experience in maintenance planning and supervision.
• Ability to develop and implement PPM schedules.
• Knowledge of OEE standards and maintenance best practices.
• Familiarity with QHSE requirements and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing the schedule of machinery and energies based on OEE standards.
• Check tools and advise for repair or replacement as needed.
• Execute plant and equipment repairs in a safe, timely, professional manner.
• Support in developing planned preventive maintenance schedules (PPM).
• Implement PPM timetables and planned work orders.
• Identify spare parts needs and monitor usage.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE requirements and perform root cause analyses.
• Escalate breakdowns and equipment issues to management and leaders.
• Lead all job executions with Factory Head to meet time and cost targets.
• Develop vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Train and develop the team to improve efficiency.
