Job summary

Alstom in Riyadh is seeking a full-time Fleet/Asset Maintenance Planner for the Riyadh Transit System in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate train handover and handback between operation and maintenance teams, and ensure fleet availability meets contractual requirements.

You will work with RST Planning, Operations & Maintenance, and external partners like Hitachi, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering timely fleet reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Transportation Management, or related field.
• Experience in fleet planning and maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of procedures and compliance in transit systems.
• Familiarity with data management systems and reporting tools.
• PM or asset management certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate train handover and handback activities.
• Maintain accurate Daily Fleet Availability Reports.
• Support service requests and work order compliance.
• Improve coordination between maintenance and operations for fleet allocation.
• Contribute to fleet reliability and availability.
• Minimize delays through proactive stakeholder engagement.
