Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks a senior landscape operations leader to manage day-to-day maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality softscape care, healthy plants, efficient irrigation and safe practices. You will lead Supervisors, gardeners, and field teams, plan weekly/monthly activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance or horticultural operations.
• Experience in large-scale landscaping, resorts, hospitality, facilities management, or major development projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, softscape maintenance, irrigation, plant health, manpower management, operational planning, HSE, budgeting, contractor management, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance operations across assigned sites and areas.
• Develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans and ensure activities are completed according to schedules.
• Lead and supervise Landscape Maintenance Supervisors, technical teams, gardeners and field workforce.
• Oversee all softscape and horticultural activities including pruning, mowing, planting, fertilization, weeding, mulching, plant replacement and general landscape care.
• Monitor plant health and landscape quality, ensuring corrective actions for pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies and plant stress.
• Oversee irrigation performance and coordinate with irrigation teams to maintain watering schedules and improve water-use efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure landscape areas meet quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Review Supervisors’ daily work plans and allocate resources across sites and priority areas.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, POs, and service requests with Procurement.
• Review invoices and contractor performance ensuring compliance with scope, safety and quality.
