Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and may stand in during absences.
• Develops and executes annual and long‑range maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment and process efficiency.
• Guides mechanical and electrical divisions in executing maintenance plans and ensures preventive, predictive, and corrective actions are performed safely.
• Ensures all maintenance activities are prioritized, documented, and easily accessible.
• Plans and manages yearly maintenance shutdowns to reduce costs and downtime.
• Interprets specs, plans, and work orders to assign tasks and adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Controls and optimizes maintenance costs and resources.
• Initiates actions to prevent noncompliance incidents and ensures appropriate corrective actions.
• Knowledge of CMMS and SAP supports efficient maintenance workflows.
