Job summary

Kerry Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Maintenance lead to support the Engineering function in overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role ensures all activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with standards.

Responsibilities include planning, supervising daily maintenance, monitoring staff performance, inspecting systems, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software is an advantage.
