Job summary

Americana Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Jeddah to lead preventive, predictive, and corrective activities on automated production lines and utilities. You will oversee technicians and contractors, drive TPM and continuous improvement, and ensure GMP, HACCP, and HSE compliance. A bachelor's degree and 2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership role.
• Strong experience with automated production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial utilities.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, preventive/predictive maintenance, GMP & HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Minimize equipment downtime and improve asset reliability & OEE.
• Lead RCA for recurring equipment failures.
• Manage industrial utilities including refrigeration, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Manage critical spare parts and coordinate planned shutdowns.
• Drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HSE standards.
• Support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and CAPEX implementation.
