Job summary

Rothschild & Co in Riyadh seeks a seasoned finance professional to help lead M&A advisory and financing solutions for regional clients. You will develop and apply sophisticated financial models, perform valuation analyses, and contribute to client presentations and execution strategies.

The role requires senior analytical capabilities, teamwork across geographies, and strong leadership to guide project teams on complex transactions within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CA/CFA preferred.
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills in financial models and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions and project teams from client development to execution.
• Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models.
• Use valuation techniques including DCF, comparables, and LBOs to support client advice.
• Coordinate preparation of marketing materials and transaction documentation.
• Work on ECM transactions and identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co.
• Coordinate with other advisers and internal teams across geographies; supervise junior members.
• Research industries to support transaction initiatives.
