Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver a premium customer experience. The role focuses on achieving targets, building VIP client books, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all store operations.

Responsibilities include defining action plans, leveraging omnichannel strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers while mentoring staff to achieve growth and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a client book using CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong styling and product knowledge in luxury fashion.
• Deep understanding of luxury fashion trends, materials and craftsmanship.
• Ability to provide expert styling advice and personalized wardrobe curation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store business by achieving sales targets and recruiting/retaining VIP customers.
• Lead and develop the store team, ensuring brand guidelines and processes are followed.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to reach KPIs.
• Manage customer database to build relationships and future opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends and share feedback with back-office stakeholders.
• Promote omnichannel mindset across in-store and online touchpoints.
• Lead team development and provide a clear vision for the business.
• Recruit, develop and retain strong talents; foster a positive work environment.
