Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reservations Agent to ensure timely email responses and prompt call handling for luxury bookings. You will collect guest details and preferences, updating records in Opera to enable seamless arrivals.

Collaborating with Front Office, Finance, and F&B teams, you will maintain exemplary service standards, communicate changes swiftly, and support guest experience excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or hospitality, preferably luxury 5-star.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams such as Front Office, Finance, and F&B.
• Interacts professionally with guests, travel agents, tour operators, and DMC partners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails professionally within 24 hours prioritizing queries related to bookings.
• Answer calls within 3 rings with proper greetings.
• Gather and update guest details during the booking process (contact details, passport copies, flight details, preferences) in Opera.
• Maintain proper and professional email and telephone etiquette.
• Read all reservation correspondence for special instructions and pass information to relevant departments.
• Communicate last-minute changes (new bookings, cancellations) promptly to departments.
