Job summary

Sofitel Medina invites a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and deliver the exceptional experience expected upon arrival. You will handle inquiries, confirm bookings, and ensure accuracy of guest details in Opera PMS to support seamless stays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; 1–2 years in luxury hotels.
• Guest-focused personality essential.
• Experience with Opera or similar PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and best guest options.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservations, enter rooming lists, and keep information in the system accurate.
