Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hotel, high-end café, juice bar, or wellness-focused beverage outlet.
• Certification in mixology or beverage crafting is an advantage.
• Experience in non-alcoholic mixology or wellness beverages is highly preferred.
• Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.

• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Stay updated on global trends in non-alcoholic mixology and wellness beverages.
• Collaborate with culinary and wellness teams to create integrated guest experiences.
