Job summary

Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks a Laundry Supervisor to lead the laundry team, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service and cleanliness.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a luxury hotel setting, fluency in Arabic, and familiarity with MS Office, POS, and PMS systems. English is preferred. Equality of opportunity is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Arabic; English knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient all new hosts and provide regular laundry team trainings.
• Demonstrate tasks per job descriptions according to service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth laundry operations.
• Plan daily work schedules and adjust for occupancy or events.
• Assign, supervise, and review daily tasks and reports for laundry staff.
• Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all laundry areas.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards and respond to guest feedback.
