Qualifications

• Resolve guest complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Advanced knowledge of laundry procedures and chemicals.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy and MS Office skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Previous related role experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the operation of the laundry department to deliver high-quality guest services.
• Organize production schedules to meet department requirements and monitor water quality.
• Control supplies costs and plan shift schedules to optimize manpower and budget.
• Assess methods and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Check equipment and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance.
• Lead meetings to communicate policies, events, and guest feedback.
• Maintain clear operation records and assist with administrative tasks.
