Job summary

Rixos Hotels is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property at our Saudi Arabia property. You will supervise daily security operations, ensure access control, and respond to incidents in alignment with hotel policies and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, professional demeanor, and experience in hotel or resort security, including familiarity with emergency procedures and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or university degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Supervisor or similar supervisory security role.
• Hotel or resort security experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel security procedures, emergency response, access control, incident reporting, and loss prevention.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, and hotel property.
• Supervise daily security operations and security posts, ensure proper staffing and access control.
• Coordinate with hotel management and authorities on security issues and incidents.
• Prepare and distribute security reports to management and maintain confidential records.
• Ensure familiarity with emergency procedures and crisis management by the Security team.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct regular security inspections to prevent incidents.
