Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment across our luxury properties. You will work with the Maintenance Manager, carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and supporting equipment installations.

The role requires a Diploma or technical certificate in electrical/mechanical fields and 1–2 years of hotel maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in electrical/mechanical/electromechanical fields.
• 1–2 years of hotel/luxury hospitality maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Inspect equipment for wear and faults; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, gas, and related issues.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and part replacements.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards are met.
