Confidential seeks a Technical & Engineering Director to lead all engineering functions for a luxury hotel project managed by a main contractor. You will oversee design management, value engineering, construction methodologies, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals to ensure project success.

Seeking a leader with extensive experience in luxury hospitality developments, strong team management, and adherence to codes, IMS-HSE policies, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, MMUP/UPDA registration preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the technical and engineering strategy for the project.
• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee all engineering activities for timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance.
