Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering registration preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years in hospitality engineering, facilities management, or asset management.
• Experience overseeing luxury hotels, resorts, or large destinations.
• Experience leading hotel handovers, commissioning reviews, and defect management.
• Experience reviewing PPM programs and maintenance strategies.
• GCC and large-scale destination development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side review of POMEC submissions and capital expenditure requests.
• Establish technical standards and engineering governance frameworks across the hospitality portfolio.
• Support sustainability initiatives and energy performance improvements.
• Conduct technical due diligence and asset protection assessments.
• Stakeholder management with operators, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
