InterContinental The Red Sea Resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Hostess to be the warm and welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless arrival experience and managing guest flow with elegance.

We look for someone with 1+ year of luxury-hospitality experience, excellent communication, and fluency in English. Arabic is a plus, with reservations experience (SevenRooms) valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality; ensure a seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with service team for timely service.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house and dining team to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Support guests to create a memorable luxury dining experience.
