Job summary

The role involves maintaining the hostess station, coordinating with the service team, and promoting dining offerings while upholding grooming and uniform standards. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong guest service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and present menus.
• Coordinate seating and flow with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hostess station, menus, and guest records with accuracy.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and service recovery.
• Promote hotel dining offerings and special promotions where appropriate.
