Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of host/hostess or guest-facing experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end lounge.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required.
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for local clients.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation platforms and POS systems (e.g., Micros Symphony).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, introduce servers and ensure comfortable seating.
• Handle reservations and optimize seating using the restaurant management system.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams; communicate VIP arrivals or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a pristine reception desk and stay informed about daily specials and promotions.
• Support brand standards and localization goals, including Saudisation.
