Job summary

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver bespoke, intuitive service across the full guest journey. You will welcome guests, provide personalized suite orientation, and anticipate needs with discretion and precision, aligning with FAENA's bold spirit and luxury standards.

From pre-arrival to departure you will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge to ensure seamless experiences, manage dining reservations and special occasions, and maintain impeccable

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a Butler or in luxury guest services within a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards (Forbes or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural guest engagement ability.
• Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke intuitive service throughout the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation; handle luggage and in-room arrangements.
• Anticipate needs through observation and preference tracking for tailored experiences.
• Manage guest requests including dining reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge for seamless service delivery.
• Promote resort services and experiences to enhance the stay.
• Ensure impeccable presentation of suites and in-room details in line with FAENA standards.
• Maintain guest profiles and service history for future stays.
