Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National) to join the F&B team. You will deliver exceptional service, engage guests with warmth and professionalism, and contribute to memorable dining experiences in a luxury environment.

Work closely with the F&B team to maintain standards, handle orders, upsell where appropriate, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as waiter/server in luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service following standards and procedures.
• Provide personalized, attentive service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, allergens, and preparation methods to assist guests.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.
