Expect to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a strong emphasis on presentation, service standards, and beverage knowledge. Accommodation options may be available for onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Outstanding communication and guest-centric interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Excellent grooming and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays onsite.
• Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with alcohol service laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of beverages per standard recipes.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and share menu knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and tools.
• Ensure health, safety, and legal beverage-service compliance.
• Restock bar inventory and monitor supplies.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming, efficient atmosphere and resolve guest concerns.
