Job summary

The Chedi Hegra is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our on-site finance team in Medina. You will process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements and payments with accuracy, and maintain organized records to support efficient month‑end close.

This role requires discretion with confidential information, strong English communication, and collaboration with procurement and receiving to verify orders. A hospitality background is a plus, with staff meals provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information ethically and with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite full time at The Chedi Hegra.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and payments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized accounts payable records.
• Reconcile statements and resolve invoice discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and related reports.
• Collaborate with procurement and receiving to verify orders and deliveries.
• Support audits and provide documentation as required.
