Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Outstanding communication and guest-centric interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Excellent grooming and a polished appearance.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays onsite.
• Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with alcohol service laws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering drink recommendations and sharing knowledge of our signature menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements related to beverage service.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed, conducting regular checks to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere and actively resolve guest concerns.

Must have requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
