• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exemplary hospitality with attention to detail.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory, ensuring optimal resource use.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service levels continuously.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create unforgettable dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Drive revenue through promotion of events, special menus, and upselling.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular operational reports.

Must have requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control principles.

• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
