Qualifications

• Proven beverage experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Deep knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients and prep methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests.
• Keep bar welcoming and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Set up and close the bar per SOPs.
• Keep bar counters, equipment and utensils clean.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
• Record sales and process payments.
• Report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Follow hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen.
• Attend daily briefings and trainings.
• Support colleagues during peak hours.
