Job summary

MEDSCAN Logistics Company is seeking a Legal Specialist to provide legal support, review and draft contracts, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations in the logistics sector.

You will handle agreements across logistics, transportation, warehousing, supplier, and customer relations, represent the company in courts, and provide cross-department legal guidance. Strong English and a Saudi license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong contract drafting, litigation, and case management.
• Knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations relevant to logistics and transportation.
• Knowledge of Najiz platform and other government platforms.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of English for contracts and correspondence.
• Saudi legal practice license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements, particularly logistics, transportation, warehousing, supplier, and customer agreements.
• Represent the company and manage cases before courts, judicial, and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, responses, and objections.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments.
• Manage financial claims, enforcement proceedings, promissory notes, and legal settlements.
• Review violations and complaints, conduct internal investigations, and provide legal recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the logistics and transportation sector.
• Prepare periodic legal reports and maintain accurate records of contracts and cases.
