Job summary

Rawaj-HCM in Saudi Arabia seeks a Legal Specialist to provide comprehensive legal support to its logistics and transportation division, including drafting and reviewing contracts and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will handle litigation, advise internal stakeholders on contractual and regulatory matters, and manage disputes to resolution, leveraging Najiz and other government platforms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain.
• Strong contract drafting, litigation and dispute resolution skills.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, especially related to logistics, transportation, warehousing, supplier and customer contracts.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments on contractual, commercial, operational and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company in courts and regulatory proceedings, manage disputes from start to finish.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, responses and other filings.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and maintain accurate legal records.
