Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs in Saudi Arabia seeks a Legal Specialist to provide comprehensive legal support for logistics and transportation operations. You will draft and review contracts, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws, collaborating with internal stakeholders to protect the company's interests.

You will handle litigation, use Najiz and government platforms, and monitor regulatory developments affecting the business, delivering timely counsel and risk assessments to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Good knowledge of Saudi laws including Land Transport, Civil Transactions, and Labor Law.
• Hands-on with Najiz and government platforms.
• Experience handling financial claims, enforcement proceedings, and settlements.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English for contracts and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supplier, and customer contexts.
• Provide legal advice on contractual, commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company in courts and authorities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and responses.
• Manage disputes from intake to resolution and closure.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting operations.
