Job summary

Lumi | لومي in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to lead the delivery of logistics projects across multiple sites. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s in logistics or related field and a minimum of five years in logistics or project operations, with ERP experience and a focus on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics, supply chain or project operations experience.
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
• Understanding of KPIs, service quality and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics project delivery and KPIs.
• Coordinate workforce planning and mobilization per project.
• Manage vendor and service-provider relationships.
• Supervise daily operations across logistics projects.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Support policy, SOP development and implementation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement and others.
• Prepare operational reports and analytics for management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new projects.
