Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator Intern under the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia. The onsite role involves coordinating daily logistics workflows, stock movements, SAP adjustments, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

The intern will track discrepancies between SAP and WMS, support cycle counts, and assist in creating STOs while maintaining write-off records. Fluency in English and proactive learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Registered in TAQAT.
• Not currently registered in GOSI.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer program.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
• Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities.
• Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting.
• Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter-distribution center shipments.
• Maintain write-off and write-on records and support scrap processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports.
