Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 15+ years of logistics and supply chain leadership experience within the oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial projects sector.
Proven experience supporting large-scale refinery and petrochemical turnarounds (TARs) and brownfield projects.
Demonstrated success managing complex logistics operations within live operating facilities.
Strong knowledge of international freight, customs regulations, heavy transport, oversize cargo movement, and material management.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
Strong commercial acumen with contract and vendor management expertise.
Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies for refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects.
Lead all logistics operations supporting major turnaround (TAR), shutdown, maintenance, and brownfield project activities.
Manage transportation, heavy haul, lifting studies, import/export processes, customs clearance, warehousing, and site material control.
Coordinate logistics planning with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and project management teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transport providers, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee logistics budgets, forecasting, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure critical equipment and materials are delivered according to project schedules and operational requirements.
Identify and mitigate logistics-related risks that could impact project execution.
Drive logistics readiness reviews and support project commissioning and startup activities.
Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics teams across multiple project locations.
