BDP International is seeking an experienced logistics professional in Dammam, Saudi Arabia for a permanent role. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics/forwarding operations.

You will manage end-to-end order processing, planning, and shipment coordination, including reporting via various channels such as EDI and email. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office and able to coordinate with subcontractors per agreed rates, ensuring timely and accurate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics preferred.
• 3+ years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft software.

Responsabilidades

• Order processing management.
• Customer order plausibility analysis.
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders.
• Coordination/follow up of the shipment.
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI).
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates.
• End to end processing.
• Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
