Job summary

Applus+ Asia Middle East and Africa seeks a Local Content Specialist to drive the LC strategy across Saudi projects. The role coordinates audits, supports tenders, and tracks LC performance in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and LCGPA requirements.

You will work with Procurement, Legal, O-PMO and HR to ensure compliant LC calculations, certifications and reporting. Requires 5–8 years' experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in local content, audit, compliance or a related analytical finance function within KSA.
• Strong working knowledge of LCGPA regulations, LC certification methodology and score calculation.
• Advanced MS Excel and broader MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual local content certification audits for entities in scope with auditors.
• Prepare LC calculations and projections for tenders and bids.
• Monitor LC performance against commitments and escalate issues.
• Maintain LC documentation and evidence for certificates at company and project levels.
• Liaise with local content authorities and internal stakeholders on LC requirements.
