Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking an Infrastructure Lead – Linux to join a leading digital banking and fintech company in Saudi Arabia. You will own the stability, security, and scalability of a modern application stack in a regulated financial tech environment.

Onsite in Al Khobar, you will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, lead IaC initiatives, and ensure 99.9%+ uptime for critical systems like WSO2, Redis, and ELK. RHCE is mandatory; CKA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on Linux systems engineering and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• RHCE certification is mandatory; CKA is a strong advantage.
• Expert proficiency with WSO2, Apache Camel, Redis, ELK in production.
• Proficient in Ansible, Terraform, Puppet or Chef; strong scripting in Shell/Python/Perl.
• Experience with RHEL kernel tuning, security hardening, and performance optimization.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and DR environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines across SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and DR environments.
• Lead Linux automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent IaC tools across RHEL-based infrastructure at scale.
• Own full lifecycle management of the application stack — WSO2 API Gateway, WSO2 IAM, Apache Camel, Redis, and ELK — with accountability for 99.9%+ uptime SLAs.
• Drive operational resilience through 24/7 critical issue support, DR exercises, and backup validation aligned to RTO/RPO targets.
• Enforce security and compliance standards including RBAC, data encryption, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, with vulnerability remediation within a 30-day patching cycle.
• Proven experience with WSO2, Apache Camel, Redis, ELK, and Kubernetes in production environments.
