Job summary

Morjan HR Service Provider invites applications for an Infrastructure Lead in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will oversee mission-critical Linux infrastructure, automation initiatives, and high-availability environments, guiding DevOps transformation and security compliance across SIT, UAT, Production, and DR.

The role requires deep RHEL expertise, automation tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef), Kubernetes experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Linux infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Puppet & Chef automation.
• RHCE certification mandatory.
• Proficient in RHEL administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Linux infrastructure operations, administration, and lifecycle management.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines across SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
• Oversee infrastructure deployment, scaling, configuration management, and system integration activities.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, backup validation, and disaster recovery preparedness across critical systems.
• Implement and enforce security controls, including RBAC, encryption, audit logging, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity utilization, performance metrics, and incident response processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex technical issues.
• Manage platform security hardening, kernel tuning, and system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, development teams, and technology vendors to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
