Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to provide strategic legal guidance across multiple international markets. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and oversee governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proactive risk management and timely guidance to business stakeholders on evolving regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate or commercial law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate/commercial law or related field.
• Experience in international commercial transactions and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and strategic initiatives across international markets.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (customer, supplier, partnerships, and service contracts).
• Support contract negotiations by identifying risks and proposing practical solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in transactions and operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and corporate governance across markets.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
