Job summary

Ghodran Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned lawyer to represent the group before courts, boards and committees. The role involves preparing and following up on issuance and authentication of legal documents with government bodies.

You will investigate case facts, verify statements, draft and review contracts, and provide legal advice on employment and regulatory matters. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential, and MS Office skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master in Law from a reputable university.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing) is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Represent the group before courts, Boards, and committees as may be required.
• To prepare and follow up issuance and authentication of legal documents with any government or business bodies.

• Prepares the documents with assorted briefs for legal issues relating to cases summary.

• Dealing with and advising on employment law matters, assisting with regulatory matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
