Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the international expansion from its Saudi operations. You will provide strategic legal guidance across multiple markets, draft and negotiate critical commercial agreements, and oversee governance and regulatory compliance for cross-border activities.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate/commercial law, with strong experience in international transactions and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Experience in international commercial transactions and cross-market negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of commercial agreements and governance.
• Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
