SATEL in Riyadh seeks a Leasing Specialist to lead the commercial moment of every lease, understanding client needs, presenting the right home with conviction, negotiating terms, and carrying the deal through to a signed contract. You will speak for SATEL at the point where a client decides if we are worth choosing.

This is a fast-paced, measured role. Every conversation has a next step, every deal has a timeline, and every outcome is tracked.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, or premium hospitality sales.
• Exceptional verbal communication: articulate, composed and persuasive.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing.
• Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Organised and disciplined in a fast-moving environment with multiple live deals.
• Familiarity with Ejar and the Riyadh residential market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Every committed client from agreement in principle to signed contract.
• Negotiation of lease terms within approved pricing authority.
• A clear next step and date at the close of every client interaction.
• The full commercial journey, presented to the standard a SATEL resident expects.
• Accurate, same-day updating of every client status in the CRM.
• Close coordination with the leasing team so no deal stalls between hands.
