Job summary

Asas Althbat is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist to manage end-to-end leasing activities in Riyadh, from lead handling to handover coordination. You will play a key role in improving occupancy and delivering a professional tenant experience.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, preparing contracts, coordinating with property management, and generating weekly reports on leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leasing or real estate brokerage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Familiarity with leasing contracts and documentation workflow
• Arabic fluency; English preferred

• Schedule and conduct property viewings; present unit features and terms
• Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals
• Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documents
• Coordinate with operations to ensure unit readiness and smooth handover
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy days
• Support renewals and retention activities when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Track market prices and tenant feedback to improve leasing performance
• Provide weekly leasing reports (leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, revenue)

Tasks

• Receive and qualify leasing leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, portals) and maintain a clean pipeline
• Schedule and conduct property/unit viewings and present unit features, terms, and policies
• Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficiently
• Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation; ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with operations/property management to ensure unit readiness and smooth handover
• Follow up with prospects consistently to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy days
• Support renewals and retention activities when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Track market prices, competitor offerings, and tenant feedback to improve leasing performance
• Provide weekly leasing reports (leads, viewings, conversions, occupancy, revenue)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leasing / real estate brokerage / property management (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflow
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong follow-up discipline and customer service mindset
• Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
