Job summary

Noon Academy, a leading edtech platform in the Middle East, is hiring a Learning Operations / Automation Manager in Riyadh. You will manage four Design Leads and a content pipeline across science subjects, from delivery to automation, scaling with AI-driven tooling and cross-functional collaboration.

You will map processes, own the content roadmap, and lead automation initiatives to reduce manual steps while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of people management experience.
• Background in tech or education preferred (edtech/saudi startups).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to build AI agents or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Design Leads and contractors; own goals, 1:1s, feedback, growth, and hiring.
• Document current lesson/asset creation processes; map automation needs.
• Design and build AI-driven workflows to automate manual steps in content production.
