Job description

Required: must be open to full-relocation to Saudi Arabia or can at least commit to 6 months of the year based in Saudi Arabia

About Noon Academy

Noon Academy is on a mission to radically change the way people learn. We've helped over 12 million students learn online, but recently pivoted towards a hybrid model.

Hybrid brings digital star teachers directly into school buildings, and amplifies the experience through peer-to-peer learning and AI. We ran this model for a year with two schools and the results were so overwhelming that we expanded to 18 private and 10 public schools in our second year of operations. The verdict is clear: students don't just tolerate hybrid, they love it.

The Role

You'll help us scale from 1,000 to 10,000 students by 2027. You'll do this by owning the full product strategy — setting the direction, running the experiments, and making sure every decision gets us closer to a learning experience students talk about ten years later.

This is not a coordination role. You'll shape what we build and why, work directly with engineering, learning, teachers, and in-school staff, and be the person our CEO turns to when the hardest business and product questions need an answer.

You'll be based in Saudi Arabia for at least 6 months/year, working directly with students in our hybrid schools. Your ideas will be tested daily by actual teenagers who have no filter. They'll tell you immediately if something sucks or if it's brilliant.

What You’ll Own
Product Strategy
  • Redefine the product vision and rally the whole company behind it
  • Prioritize at the company level, not just the roadmap level
  • Own outcomes, not features: your job is to move company OKRs, not ship tickets
Execution
  • Run fast, lean experiments: define the hypothesis, scope the MVP, measure the result, move on
  • Work directly with engineering and design to ship with quality and speed
  • Be in the data: you should be able to pull your own analysis and know what signal to trust
Leadership
  • Scale good product sense across the org — engineers, teachers, ops, and execs should all think better about users because of you
  • Grow and develop the product and design team
  • Navigate high ambiguity and high execution complexity simultaneously — often at the same time
Non‑Negotiables
  • You've been an early hire at a startup whose success you meaningfully contributed to, or you've built something from scratch yourself
  • You've shipped consumer mobile products for children, teens, or young adults and can point to outcomes, not just launches
  • You operate with data: you can form a hypothesis, design the test, and interpret the result without a data team holding your hand
  • You know how to build trust with Saudi teenage students who you’ll interact with daily
  • You can commit to 6 months or full time in Saudi Arabia
Nice to Haves
  • Arabic Speaker but not required
