Job summary

Noon Academy in Riyadh is seeking a Student Journey Lead to help shape how students experience learning across grades, levels, and courses. You will help design principles, maintain journey maps, and translate student feedback into clear problems and experiments.

Collaborate with product, learning, and school operations to ensure the map reflects reality, support motivation systems, and coordinate pilots and tests for key moments such as orientations and milestones.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product or roles organising and synthesising information to support better decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of reliability.
• Curiosity about the reasons behind user behaviour and outcomes.
• Comfortable being a strong contributor in a team and enabling others.

Responsibilities

• Define and document journey design principles to guide student journeys.
• Maintain end-to-end journey maps across student segments (grade, level, course, track).
• Coordinate with product, learning, and school operations to reflect reality in journey maps.
• Support motivation systems (rewards and progression signals) as levers for journey completion and test improvements.
• Synthesize student feedback from surveys, inputs, and interviews into clear themes and actionable insights.
• Coordinate pilots and experiments on new journey ideas and track outcomes.
