Job summary

Noon Academy, Riyadh-based edtech leader, is hiring a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to run Biology/Chemistry content and scale with AI-driven automation. You will lead four Design Leads, own the content roadmap, and drive automation to remove manual steps while maintaining quality.

The role focuses on delivering a scalable content pipeline across Grades 7–12, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data, and Learning Excellence, and structuring templates and playbooks for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of people management in tech or education.
• Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build AI agents and workflows.
• Proven delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Design Leads and own their goals and growth.
• Document current content-building processes before automation.
• Design and build AI-driven automation to scale content production.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs across stakeholders.
• Maintain quality gates and review cycles.
