Job summary

Alfanar Engineering Services is seeking a skilled Winding Foreman to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in rewinding and repairing high-voltage motors and generators, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires an ITI or Diploma in a relevant field and 5-10 years of experience with rotating equipment (motors/generators). Candidates should be prepared to work on-site and contribute to project timelines.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in rotating equipment (motors/generators).

Responsibilities

• Rewind HV stators and rotors based on collected winding and coil data.
• Perform coil making, stripping, slot preparation, and rewinding.
• Inspect winding kits and components on receipt.
• Document and prepare winding diagrams and lead exit connections.
• Carry out static electrical testing of wound equipment.
• Apply varnish treatment and prepare equipment for assembly.
